By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break groups not permitted. Bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

The entire experience was seamless. The staff (Kyla and Angel) was attentive and helpful to every question we had. The property is great with two casa’s with 2 bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen, and a casita with a bedroom and bathroom. The pool was grest to cool off in and the rooftop patio was wonderful. I will gladly rent this property again.
