Ideally located , close to the cable car of "La Flégère " and next to the well known golf of Chamonix. It's very quiet with a marvelous view on the Mont-Blanc and on les Drus at only 2 km of the town of Chamonix.

We were really happy with the stay at Sylvie’s Chalet in Les Praz. An easy walk to the gondola to access La Flégère ski area, and only a short drive to Argentiere and the Grands Montets. The chalet was two stories with two bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor had a nice kitchen, dining area, and living room area, plus an amazing deck with unobstructed views on Mont Blanc and Les Drus.Sylvie was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Sylvie’s chalet to anyone that wants to be close to everything Chamonix has to offer without living in downtown Chamonix.We hope to be back in the not too distant future.

We rented this property for a month. The chalet was the perfect home base for our activities in the Chamonix valley. It is very convenient to the train, buses, shops and restaurants and the chalet itself has a nice layout with beautiful views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Dru.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay in Les Praz. We normally stay in Chamonix, but we actually preferred this experience.

We spent a week in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The view of the glaciers is fantastic. It is very nicely furnished. We especially liked the proximity to public transport.

Great little challet set out in two floors with two bedrooms down below and access direct to car park right next to the property which was very handy to load the car every morning. The upper floor is a large loung area with integrated kitchen - really comfortable for a family ski holidays.

Great house with everything you could need. Lovely balcony for eating on with amazing views. Excellent quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of main town. Very good proximity to restaurants, bakery, Flegere cable car, bus stop and the start of lovely walks. Nice, easy 30 minute walk along the river into Chamonix, though the free bus is great and goes every 30 mins from the bus stop near by.
Had a week here but would have loved longer. So much to do! Would love to come back.

This property was perfect for our family spring ski trip to the Chamonix Valley. The host was very kind and the property clean and just what we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Sylvie's little chalet. The upstairs space of lounge, diner, kitchen was a lovely communal area and during our stay the balcony caught the afternoon sun.
As keen cooks the kitchen was equipped with most things (a kitchen scales would have been a useful addition).
The bedrooms were comfy and suited our needs of 1 double and a twin.
The location was great, pretty peaceful area away from downtown Chamonix but only a short walk to the Flegere lift, cross country ski area or train station and parking to enable trips further afield.
Sylvie was a great host, responded quickly and provided lots of information.
We would happily return.

This charming property served all the purposes we required. It is situated close to some lovely walking routes and cross-country skiing courses. The free train tickets left by the owner came in handy for a trip through the valley to look at the beautiful views of the Chamonix region. The chalet is warm and comfortable with all the cooking facilities required for light meals. The snow and the night-time wildlife helped us during our 14 day stay
