    When we first went there, we gave us the wrong room, and they didn't even clean it. The front desk's service attitude was very slow, and she was still flirting with her boyfriend on the phone. I asked the Wi-Fi password, and she actually said she didn't know anything. I'm really strange. How did this kind of person become the front desk and then gave the room that didn't match the room on our order. They didn't even clean it. I have a stomach disease. I feel very uncomfortable. I can't walk and stand. She always asked me to come over, not considering the patient's feelings at all.He even told us later that our order was canceled, but he didn't keep driving us away.

    Worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. I booked for 10 days but was forced to leave early and find another hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever checked into. The room was filthy, the toilet was dirty and didn’t even work properly—the flush was broken. The stove for cooking didn’t work either. Everything was rusty and in terrible condition. After five days, the air conditioner broke down, and despite informing the staff, they never repaired it. This is especially unacceptable considering how hot it is in Turkey. The balcony door also had no lock, which made me feel unsafe. If I hadn’t paid for all 10 days in advance, I would have left on the very first day. Don’t be fooled by the cheap price—it is a complete scam. I strongly recommend finding another hotel. It would be better if you removed this property from your website because staying there was a total nightmare. There should also be an option for guests to cancel the remaining nights and receive a refund if the accommodation is not as advertised or is unacceptable. I will be sending pictures of the hotel soon as evidence.
