    We booked this for the jacuzzi but it wasn't working properly. Water pressure was so slow it took ages to fill up. Staff refused to cancel our booking saying they have no money to refund us?? Bed had no proper duvet, we had to ask for an extra cover. Also no water provided which I think is a basic standard, at least a couple bottles. We also found the kettle full of the cleaning product still inside, this is a safety hazard. On top of that the WiFi didn't reach the room. And there's no permanent staff on sight, we had to wait around to complain about issues that couldn't be fixed or compensated. It looks nice but not worth it at all. Don't waste your money.

    Great location, very close to the central tourist attractions and many restaurants. The staff were very nice and the hotel’s design was cute, just like in the photos. However, the bed was really uncomfortable — it felt like it had no springs at all. When you lay down, you start sinking into it like quicksand, almost like a very cheap mattress. The Wi-Fi signal was also very weak and couldn’t reach the second floor, where our room was. If you don’t mind a sinking bed and poor Wi-Fi and you only care about location, then this place might work for you. But if you need comfort and reliable internet, I would suggest looking for another hotel.
