About this apartment rental

A short distance from scuba diving, windsurfing, and more, this family-friendly apartment lets you experience it all. Juan-les-Pins Beach is within an easy 15-minute walk and Parc Exflora is also a quick 6-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers covered onsite parking.

After you return to this 840-sq-ft apartment, you can unwind at the beach (enjoy the beach towels!), chill by the communal pool, or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the porch or lanai. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, stereo, and video games.

This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom rental features a living room, a dining area, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Beautiful property with lovely balcony. Beds were super comfy, only downside was the pool was out of action for 7 of our 9 nights which upset our 11 year old as he loves pools. We have just returned from 10 days in the South of France and this apartment was the perfect base for us. I was there with my 9 year old daughter - so the pool was well-used! My parents were also there and the apartment was extremely spacious for us all. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with the sea views. The pictures are true to the apartment and it had everything we needed. We were greeted at the apartment by the property manager and the owners were in touch and quick to get back to us when we had questions. It's an easy walk to the beach and all the amenities you need are nearby - a big supermarket, pharmacy, boulongerie, cafe, bar and a restaurant. There is an excellent bus service outside taking you to Cannes or Nice, or with a 15 minute walk into Juan-les-Pins, you have everything you need. We will definitely be back!
