The detached 4 Bedroom Villa with 198m² floor space is located in the quiet residential area/urbanisation Mas Tomasi (hillside), between the beach (about 5km) and the village center of Pals (4km).
The closest shopping facility is 1.2 km away (open 7 days a week).
There are plenty of good restaurants and bars in the area.
HOUSE:
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens on two separate floors. Access via external stairs between ground floor and first floor. There is no internal door between ground floor and upper floor!

Bedroom 1: 2 x single beds (90cm x 200cm).
Bedroom 2 : 1 x single bed (90cm x 190 cm) and 1 x bunk bed (90cmx190cm).
Bedroom 3 : 1 x king-size bed (160cm x 200cm).
Bathroom 1: tub/shower, WC.
Living room 1: furniture suite, TV, fire place, exit to balcony.
Living room 2: furniture suite, fire place.
Dining area: open to living room 1.
Kitchen 1: cooking equipment, 4 ceramic hobs, oven/microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster.
Ground floor:
Bedroom 4: 1 x double bed (135cm x 190cm).
Bathroom 2: shower, WC.
Living room 3: sofa bed, easy chair, TV.
Kitchen 2: cooking equipment, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, small freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster.
GARDEN:
The garden features a private swimming pool (7mx3.5m), a patio with BBQ, two big terraces and the pool area. The rest of the garden consists of natural Mediterranean surroundings with pine trees, bushes and ivy. The garden is fenced and closed to the street and the neighbours' properties. Estate: 1100 m².
PARKING:
Parking on the road beside the house. Access to the house is via stairs.
NOTE:
1) Bed linen and bath towels are included for all guests.
2) A car is necessary as the house is located on the hillside and there is no public transport (nearest bus stop is in the village center). Parking on the street in front of the house.

Very nice location, spacious house with lots of amenities. Clean upon arrival, very nice outdoor area including patio and pool.
Parts of the house require some renovation / replacement including doors, one filter part of the hood was missing, the upstairs bathroom could use refreshments.
Overall agreeable stay.

A house where you can stay with your family to have a great time even if it’s raining or windy.
The owner is very helpful and a great host even if he isn’t there. Provided us with child beds and seats. If you want privacy, spend time with your family in a piecefull surrounding than this house is a very good choice.

We had a very nice stay. A nice big house with a separate studio. It is situated on top of hill with an amazing view. Shops are close by as several nice medieval villages
The house is not new but a lot of renovations were made (kitchen, bathroom,...). The pool is great. On arrival a lot of attentions to make you feel like you are in a hotel. Communication with the owner was very good. Always available and helping. House to recommend especially now in Corona times

Unfortunately our 10 week stay in this beautiful property in this beautiful area of Spain was cut to a brief 2 weeks due to Covid 19. Undine was extremely helpful and fair in assisting us to exit quickly. We hope to come back!
