The property and the house are beautiful. We are right on the river with steps down to the river, beautiful deck with a grill and a wonderful view. Interior kitchen is large with a large dining room table and a comfortable seating area. Also has some gaming machines and a pool table. The only problem we had was that the place had not been cleaned well before we arrived. We had to clean all dishes, and put towels on the floor where there was dirt. The owner informed us that she had had a temporary cleaning crew that she would never use again and apologized for the condition we were met with. We also felt that there needed to be better check out information as to what to do with towels sheets garbage etc. It is a beautiful place to stay but it needed to be prepared better for guests. The owner informs us that she will make sure that happens next time Parking is excellent off the street and a gas station and grocery store are very conveniently located nearby.

The home had a perfect location right on the water. It was a very spacious home and had ample supplies for us to use whether it be in the kitchen, outside, for beds, etc. It is pet friendly with a fee which was not an issue. It is a little “outdated” in their decor but that was favorite part. I’ve just seen some reviews saying something about it which is why I even bring it up. It fit the vibe perfectly! We used decorations and turned it into a “love island villa” and it was perfect.

A great house with beautiful views in a great location. Not as clean as we expected. Mattress in suite at the top of the stairs needs to be replaced immediately, along with a lot of the bedding, pillows & towels. Washer, dryer, & dishwasher are very old & need replacing also. Love seats need replacing also. House needs a good spring cleaning & decluttering. We would gladly stay here again if these things were replaced.
