Our central location is minutes away to everything Arcata has to offer and also the perfect central point to explore all our State Parks to the north and south. It was in a convenient location, walking distance to town center and close to the highway. Cozy apartment.
One concern, the back bedroom had a rug on top of the carpet and the edges were rolling up. I tripped several times.

Very nice apartment, but the insulation between floors is very bad. Even normal footsteps from the apartment upstairs sounded like elephants.

Perfect location for me…. although I did no cooking, I did see it was well equipped.. comfortable and quiet !
