Cute home located southeast of Indianapolis’ commercial district, just a brief bike ride or walk from fine restaurants and attractions in Downtown. Turn-of-the-century home with a unique and homey feel. First bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a full bed. There is also a fold out single bed in the main bedroom that can be used for a smaller adult or child.

The house was clean. Location was good. With the road construction going on when we were there, we just parked and used a ride service.

The space was nice, clean, and well kept. Check in and check out we’re super easy. The host was very responsive and the location is great. Very easy walk to downtown, Lucas oil, or Gainbridge.

House was clean and comfortable. House was very close to everything we had planned. Property owner was quick to respond to messages and the only hiccup there was she was very quick to fix and was very personable. There is quite a bit of construction in the area but nothing the property owner can do about that and was only a mild inconvenience. Back alley parking pad was much more convenient than parking out front especially on the weekend. We originally rented here because of its proximity to the dog park because we were going to travel with our dog. Very conveniently located just across the Alley in the back and never super busy ever while we were there. 10/10 recommend and will rent here again if available when we are in Indianapolis.

Great communication with host and nice inside. However, we (a group of women) did not feel comfortable / safe in the neighborhood - houses looked unkept, windows that were just holes, run down exteriors, uncut lawns, narrow alleys, garbage heaps in underpass.
