Tastefully decorated apartment with a large kitchen and comfy beds. Free street parking. Great location within walking distance to many fun places and great restaurants. Easy access to the bus line to go further. We enjoyed our stay!

This was hands down the BEST property I have stayed at! My family has stayed at many VRBO's over the years, and my husband has booked ALL of them. This time I was super nervous because I was looking for one on my own for one that would accommodate me, my brother, and my friend while we attended our first Indianapolis Clowns game, while being Banana Ball veteran's for awhile the Indianapolis Clowns are a new team and History was being made this weekend so we had to be there. I searched through several hotels and VRBO's and finally found this hidden gem. I couldn’t believe it. I actually thought it was to good to be true. I had high hopes but didn't want to get my expectations up. Upon arrival, I was overwhelmed with the sheer beauty and the cleanliness of the apartment. The simple decor is gorgeous. The big windows, the deck, the open kitchen, the living area. Its all just beautiful! I believe I would stay here as a getaway with just my husband and I. I would stay here to come watch our own Iowa naitive Caitlin Clark, and of course we'll stay again to enjoy your Indianapolis Clowns!!! #bananaballislife!
