Parking is free.
- Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Champions Gate.
- STREET PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED.
Please make sure cars are also not parked on the grass or in a way that obstructs the sidewalk.
Cars that violate this will be towed at the guest's expense.
• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Note: Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home (trash bag 13 gl).
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
Note: Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.
• POOL HEATER
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 90F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

We had the BEST time! The house was so clean and spacious, walking distance to the Oasis resort, and not far from Disney! Communication with the host was fantastic, he always got back to me almost immediately! We enjoyed the private pool, it was so warm, bonus having floaties and toys for the kids! Kitchen was well stocked,(could use some more pans, non-stick) and had everything we needed! We will definitely be booking again at this property! Thank you again for hosting our family!

The house was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in great order upon arrival. The pool was a highlight of our stay, and the kids enjoyed it every day. We debated whether to pay for pool heating since the weather was in the mid to upper 80s during our visit. We ultimately chose to heat it ahead of time without knowing what the weather would be, and it turned out to be a great decision. The pool was a very comfortable temperature for swimming throughout our stay.We experienced a couple of very minor issues with a TV remote and the spa blower, but both were addressed promptly, which we really appreciated.We also enjoyed the free access to the resort amenities provided and spent some time up at the resort pool/lazy river/splash pad. Some of the negative reviews seem to stem from not fully reading the property description. So read the negative reviews with caution. The listing clearly outlines what is included, what is not, and what can be added for an additional cost—so it’s worth reviewing ahead of time. Treat the home as you would your own and follow the guidelines provided and you will have no issues. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely return if we’re in the Orlando area again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Not the best, place had one garbage bag and one dish pod for a week stay. Did not feel very comfy, no salt or pepper... Pool got warm after I paid the extra 200 but found a mouse having a swim one morning in it, holes everywhere in the screen
