An awesome and unique property curated by a friendly, yet unimposing host. From the well stocked and spacious kitchen, to the inviting hot tub big enough for several people, this place is both posh and perfectly usable.With 5 bedrooms and plenty of room for whatever air mattresses we wanted to bring, our group of 16 had an awesome time making memories together!We thought we might use the shuffle board a bit...instead it was a mainstay for the teens and adults alike! Who knew?Today was a melancholy day waking to the sunrise view over the lake, yet having to leave. Whether you enjoy wineries, kayaking and boating, shopping and eating out, or just relaxing in a spacious and comfortable place, we highly recommend you spend some time at this great Keuka Lake (destination in itself) rental!

Group of nurses and friends decided on the Finger Lakes to memorialize a life that was taken too soon, since he loved the finger lakes. Art house was beyond beautiful so well furnished and so roomy. There was times we sat around his huge dining room table and shared stories about our friend as well as vineyards so close to our rental. Loved the Vineyards around "The Factory" which is what we found out what this was before it was tastefully re done. Hot Tub under the full moon was wonderful as well. I would highy recommend this house to anyone who wants a spacious house and easily accessible to the lakes!

We enjoyed a wonderful family getaway making memories with an age range from 3-79. The open space and large kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and enjoy them together comfortably. The view from the back patio was amazing. The game room with the shuffleboard was a favorite! We were also able to enjoy local breweries, wineries, and the town of Hammondsport. It was a perfect house for our large group.
