About this villa rental
This is a 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment located on the bottom floor of the villa, with superb views of the sea and mountains. The apartment, fully furnished and equipped, is situated less than half a mile from the beach, restaurants/bars and supermarket. Beautiful garden. Romantic area. The A/C is optional. Costs 70€/week.
Night life: The view from villa 'Hojas de Otoño' is of the Mediterranean sea and mountains. It is in a quiet area but the vibrant night life with clubs and discos is to be found around 5 km at Puerto Marina Harbour.
Grenada, Seville...: It is quite possible to make days expeditions to Grenada, Cordoba, Seville, Gibraltar, Ronda, La Axarquía.
Golf information: There are several excellent 18-hole courses very close to the area.

The house was very nice, a bit tricky to find in the urbanization, but our hostPepe, who was very kind and helpful person, had provided us with driving directions that made it easy to find the house. Pepe was a perfect host, available and very concerned about our confidence. The house was clean and cosy, the view to the sea was great, everything was good.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Pepe and Teresa were lovely and we loved having them there if we needed anything.
Such a beautiful villa in a great location.
We will be back. All my family are missing Spain, the villa, Benalmadena and Pepe!

Pepe was so kind, helpful and welcoming when we arrived. He patiently showed us everything and explained to us how things worked. He told us he will always help if needed. The perfect start to our two week holiday, the perfect host.
The apartment had everything we needed, including a most welcome few beers, cokes and a bottle of wine. Everything worked in the apartment perfectly and we were also able to use our Amazon Fire tv stick to watch Netflix etc on the TV as there is an HDMI port, fantastic 😊.
We went for some days out and some days just chilled by the pool. Of an evening we just sat and watched the sea and the world go by. This has to be one of the most relaxing holidays we have had; the location, the apartment and pool and because Pepe made it so easy for us.
We were sad to leave but will come back. Thank you Pepe, you made our stay perfect
