Sea view apartment in Benalmádena la Capellanía

Korter asub väga ilusa vaatega kohas. Randa on pisut üle kilomeetri. Lisaks on olemas ka mõnus bassein ja piisavalt ruumi ka aias päevitamiseks. Auto olemasolu peaks kindlasti olema, sest kui kogu aeg kodus kokkata ei taha, siis restoranid ja ka poed on pisut kaugel.

Piękne widoki ze stromego wzgórza. Świetny basen . Przytulne wnętrze. Okolica spokojna, malownicza. Parking obok. Przestrzennie i wygodnie. Czysto. Dużo ręczników, herbata, kawa. Taras.

Brak klimatyzacji w sypialniach, są jedynie wiatraki przysufitowe. Klimatyzacja jest w salonie. Płytę grzewczą ciężko nastawić. Prysznic jest niesprawny, woda jest albo zimna albo gorąca. Daleko i bardzo stromo do plaży 15-20 minut spacerem, podobna odległość do najbliższego sklepu, także pod górkę. Na szczęście mieliśmy samochód, więc nie było problemu. Niewygodne łóżko podwójne. Przy basenie bardzo zniszczone leżaki, są popękane.

We recently spent a week in this Benalmádena apartment during January. While there were several highlights, our experience was a mix of positives and some significant drawbacks, especially considering the winter season. What we liked: The Bedrooms & Bedding: The bedrooms were lovely and tastefully decorated. Most importantly, the bedding was perfectly chosen for the colder January weather, ensuring we stayed warm at night. The View: The balcony offers a truly stunning view of both the swimming pool and the sea. It was definitely the highlight of the apartment.

What we didn’t like: Initial Technical Issues: Upon arrival, we struggled with the Wi-Fi, and there was a noticeable unpleasant odor from the bathroom drains. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi eventually worked, and the smell dissipated after a day of regular use, but it wasn't a great first impression. Heating & Comfort: The apartment was very cold when we arrived. While it became slightly more comfortable after a few days, the tiled floors remained freezing. We had to wear shoes indoors at all times, which felt unusual for us as we typically wear slippers at home. Electrical Capacity: The power supply is quite weak. The circuit breaker tripped several times when we tried to use the air conditioning for heating alongside a portable heater and a hairdryer. Maintenance & Cleaning: While the kitchen and bathroom are functional, they are starting to show their age and will soon require renovation. Additionally, the cleaning supplies were lacking; there was only an old broom provided. A vacuum cleaner would have been very helpful for maintaining the space during a week-long stay. Location: Potential guests should be aware that the apartment is located on a steep hill. Returning from the beach or a supermarket on foot is quite a challenge, so having a car is almost essential here. Accuracy of Listing: The apartment is certainly not as large as advertised. Based on our stay, it is approximately 50 square meters, which was disappointing given the description. Overall, the apartment is decent, and I imagine it would be a much more pleasant experience during the warmer summer months. However, for a stay in January and at a price point of over €500 per week, we expected a slightly higher standard of comfort and modern amenities.
