Magnolia Lodge is situated within the grounds of our 10 acre small holding just 3 minutes from the A38 Devon Express way and 1 mile outside the market town of Newton Abbot. The spacious accommodation, all on ground floor level, features a contemporary wood burner in the lounge, fitted kitchen with range cooker and built in appliances, 2 bedrooms (both can accommodate travel cot), 2 bathrooms, enclosed garden and parking. There are an excellent range of local shops, restaurants and facilities nearby to cater for all requirements. The central location is ideal for beaches, moor and countryside or visiting the cities of Exeter and Plymouth.

Rose, the owner, was lovely. The property was very clean and tidy. Good facilities.The property backed onto a very busy road. There are mature trees between it and the road, however they didn't drown out the continual traffic noise.

Rose was a great host, communicating clearly before our arrival and throughout. The lodge is bigger than it looks in the listing, comfortable and very well equipped (tea, coffee facilities, toiletries, games and books). I was slightly concerned about the proximity to the road initially, but it is very well screened by the trees and sound proofing is excellent. If the weather was a bit better, the outdoor area looked nice. All in all, a really great experience and one we wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Rosie was lovely to deal with, the property was perfect for us and it is perfectly equipped for dogs. A lot of thought has gone in to the property. We had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend it to families with or without dog, thank you Rosie

From initial communication with the owner to arrival and the rest of our stay it couldn't have gone any better.
Modern, clean, bright accomodation with so many finishing touches to make your stay perfect. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Exceptionally dog friendly, enclosed garden right next to your own parking area, a separate utility area for dirty dogs /shoes etc and a wide open space to walk in if needed. We felt so relaxed there. Easy access to road network also helped our stay .
Would highly recommend.
