• The upstairs provides total privacy featuring two bedrooms with private
bathrooms and walk-in closets.
• Dual Vanity sinks in the Main bathroom.
• Both bathrooms have standard fiberglass tub/shower combos.
• The washer & dryer are also found upstairs in a closet off the hallway.
• You will have access to the 1 car garage.
• North-facing back patio with small yard which faces a nice, brand new,
residential neighborhood.
• Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the downstairs and bathrooms.
• Comfortable beds with high thread-count sheets:
-Main bedroom offers a King-sized bed with a Tempurpedic mattress.
-Secondary bedroom offers a Queen sized-bed with a Simmons

-Living room includes a Queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress.
• High speed wireless internet (Quantum fiber, up to 940 Mbps), and large flat screen TVs with Roku devices so you can login to your favorite apps. TVs included in the living room and both bedrooms.

It was a very clean comfy place to stay! Plenty of overflow extra parking just a few doors down for visitors! All bedrooms up stairs. Thankfully we are spry seniors. We would definitely stay there again!

Andy opened with communication that had me believing he expected the worst from guests…. Yet overall our stay was without complications.
I knew at booking I would need a late checkout and requested that through messenger 4x.
Eventually we arrived at late checkout, though understanding was lacking until departure.
I was happy to pay minimal fee charged for the checkout we needed.
