About this apartment rental

In the historic center of Sarnico and just steps from the lake, romantic apartment recently renovated. Entrance, entered the first floor of an ancient court. Property beautifully furnished double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with sofa bed. Ideal for couples or small families.
Arriving in the property of "Alley Ladder" natural instinct will be to enjoy the tranquility of the district, but if laziness does not overwhelm you, you will find a lot of alternative activities.
Check-in on week practicable after 18. 30 hours, on the weekend of agreement with the customer.
We offer a place to pay covered parking for € 5 per day.

Excellent sejour

After several days in Rome and Venice, Simona and Valentina's home in Sarnico was an oasis. The two are wonderful, welcoming hosts. The apartment is beautiful (and spotless)-- thoroughly and thoughtfully modernized while retaining its historic charm. Great shower, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, A/C, a couple of bikes-- couldn't ask for more. Turns out, you don't have to-- on our rainy day, an umbrella appeared outside our door. We envied the guestbook guests who got to spend a week, and return year after year...

Beautifully presented appartment. Interior design was fabulous and there was everything we could need to hand. The bed was extremely comfortable as well! The location in the historic centre of Sarnico was ideal. The paid garage parking arrangement was good value for money.

This place is an amazing place to stay. Right in the center of the historic downtown. The place had so much charm and felt warm and comfortable. The host was very inviting and we look forward to returning next year. We loved this place so much we will work our vacation around he availability of this wonderful home. I can’t say enough. Go see for yourself and you will not be dissapointed! And the area is a fabulous place to visit. Take a ferry, eat amazing food. It’s not crowded like Como or Garda lake. It’s another gem Italy has to offer.

We had the pleasure of spending 12 nights in this apartment, which was a perfect location for our holiday providing a base to explore locally around lake Iseo and to the north and east of Bergamo and travel further afield to Verona and Venice. The apartment, which sits above street level at the first floor, is in the lovely old town of Sarnico and as described just a short walk from the river/lake, restaurants and shops. The supermarket is also just a 10 minute walk away. The Apartment itself is modern and tastefully decorated and had everything we required for a relaxing stay including a mobile air-con unit (which we used some evenings) and washing machine and everything else in between. We also made use of the two bikes available. Parking was a short walk away and worth the additional fee. In short a wonderful apartment which ticked all the boxes. Communication prior and during our stay was clear and the handover at the beginning and end very easy.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment, which is centrally located in the historical centre of Sarnico. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished for a luxurious stay. Sarnico is a great location for enjoying Lake Iseo but also for exploring the surrounding area. We also travelled easily to Lake Como, Lake Garda, Milan (by train) and the spa at San Pellegrino from here. The boat trip from Sarnico to beautiful Mt Isola is definitely worth taking. I could not recommend this flat or this area highly enough. There is a good supermarket in easy walking distance. We took up the offer of the garage for our hirecar, which was well worth doing as parking is very limited in this pedestrianised area. Simona is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. We hope to return!

The apartment is as pictured. It is in a very quiet location in the center of the Old Town. Kitchen is very small and not well lighted. Could also use a microwave oven. Our only complaint is about parking. The website listed parking. After putting down a deposit on the property we found out that the only free parking was three tenths of a mile or 500 meters away. The owner offered us garage parking at 5 Euros a night just before we arrived(35 Euros for the week). We offered her 20 Euros for 7 nights. She never replied to our offer.

Very beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment for our family (2 adults and 2 teenages). There was everything what we need to have during our visit and plenty more. Owner was very friendly and helpful and also has done big job when doing decoration to apartment. Great location in middle of Sarnico and peaceful place to sleep. We can deeply recommend this apartment.
