This 2000 square foot home which overlooks the 6th Green of Granite Falls North Golf Course in The Grand Retirement Community, features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus a quiet den with computer workstation desk. The home features a large open-space kitchen, a dining room, and a great room. There's a King bed in the massive master suite, and a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Bundled Cox cable TV and Free High-Speed Wireless Internet for your notebook, Mac or iPad. The Coronado is one of the most popular floor plans.. It is available for monthly or longer rentals. The Grand is located in Surprise, 45 minutes from the PHX airport. Only one mile to the rec center and 4 golf courses and less than 3 miles to all the major shopping centers. 5 minutes to Surprise Stadium for the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals and 15 minutes to Peoria Stadium for the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres.
Amenities: Additional amenities include Free High Speed Wireless Internet 300MB, air-conditioning, linens, washer and dryer, and a two-car garage. As a guest you have full access to all the amenities of this luxury retirement community including the Adobe Spa with both indoor and outdoor lap pools, spa, free form pool and fitness center plus the Cimarron Day Spa which offers, Massages, Body treatments, Facials, Manicures and Pedicures as well as an outdoor pool area and fitness center. One renter must be 45 or older. Rental must be one month or longer. All one month bookings are for a calendar month from the 1st with a checkout on the last day of the month. CC&R. No person under the 19 years of age shall stay overnight in any dwelling unit for more than 90 days in any 365 day period.

We enjoyed our time at the house. Everything was clean. The view of the golf course was excellent. We even saw some coyotes and desert hares. Great house. Talking with the owner was easy and he is very responsive to questions and needs.

House was nice and backed up to the sixth fairway/green which made the backyard look so much bigger. Great sunsets with the White Tank Mountains in the foreground. Communication with the owner was excellent. House was close to Albertsons and Starbucks along with many restaurants. Master bedroom mattress was not good for our backs so we bought a 2” memory foam cover and it somewhat helped, we left it on the bed for the next tenants. Saw a small scorpion in the kitchen the first day there, John the owner lined had the Pest Control out the next day. We would rent it again however we are purchasing our own home in Grand so no need.

You won’t regret renting this property. It is spacious house and you feel right at home immediately. Sun City Grand is a fantastic community. Rent this home if you can.
