With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

I stayed here for my bachelorette and had an absolute blast!!! More than enough room for 16 girls. The host was so nice, accommodating, and responsive. We were right in town to explore and walk everywhere. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a decent size porch to hangout at as well. I would 1000% be coming back. I recommend to any bachelor, bachelorette, or big family. Originally, I wanted all of us in one house; however, the split houses actually made things way easier. It didn’t even feel like we were separated. We all rotated between apartment A and B easily. Don’t hesitate booking this place!

Loved our stay here! We were here on a girls trip and it was a great location for walking and we loved the large rooms and bathrooms! The only downside was the 2 separate living areas separated by stairs, but it still felt connected. Great stay overall!!

Great places and we combined both units into one big stay. Be aware lots of stairs particularly if you stay in B and A doesn’t have anywhere to sit and eat if that’s important. Host was extremely communicative and very responsive.
