The Charleston Chestnut Mansion

The location was fantastic! And the apartment was very updated, clean, and roomy. We really appreciated the security of 3 locks to enter the rental.

The bathroom vanity lights were not good for putting on makeup.

Location 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Close to restaurants Safe and secure location As 2 women alone we felt safe and secure We could easily walk the length of town Washer and dryer Grocery is close by We bought breakfast items which made the mornings before our tours relaxing without having to rush to a restaurant for coffee and tea Very comfortable beds The apartment is modern and clean

Nothing The apartment met our needs

The condo was lovely. (Not pictured) The best attribute was the location. We could walk to everything.

Much of the lighting needs to be addressed. The lights were completely out over the sink area in the kitchen. In the rest of the condo a number of lights were out.

Unfortunately, parking spots were assigned and when we came home one evening, there was a car in our assigned spot. We called the number for the property given to us. We were told those spots are not monitored, policed, nor a tow service offered. We parked in the spot beside us (assigned to another unit). There were no spots on the road adjacent to the property. When we left the next day, we had a nasty note left one our car by the person we had taken their spot. Note: we did go out several times to see if the a-hole who had parked in our spot had left, they had not before we we went to bed. I believe they were visiting someone else in the unit. Maybe STRESS in your visitor packet that this is not allowed.
