The apartments are located in the Ferienhof high above Stadtkyll, are around 55m², 70m² and 90m² in size and are suitable for 2 - 4, 4 or 6 people (for more information and prices of the other apartments, just visit us direct access to your own terrace or garden with a wide view over the Eifel to the "Black Man". The apartments have 2-3 separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living-dining room, with a high-quality Nobilia fitted kitchen with built-in appliances such as: dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, ceramic hob and a large fridge. The kitchen also has extensive equipment. The dining area is furnished with a large table and leather upholstered chairs, the living area with a comfortable leather couch and flat-screen TV. There is underfloor heating in all rooms, which is fed by geothermal energy. The property has its own well. The apartments are newly furnished and will be opened as a holiday home in January 2014. The holiday farm includes a relaxation area with a sauna, two donkeys and a children's playground.
On 70 square meters, the apartment with two bedrooms for 4 people, living and dining area and a large bathroom is ideal as a family home. The separate garden terrace can be reached via floor-to-ceiling patio doors from the living area as well as directly from the bedroom, with the comfortable seating areas on the meadows and the wide view of the mountains and valley of the Eifel.
