About this house rental

Our half-timbered wooden block is located on our property next to our house. On a large meadow your children can play. The house has its own large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
We ask the smokers to smoke here.
On the ground floor is a large open fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, microwave and washing machine.
Large living and dining area with large table.
The couch in the living room can be used as a sleeping couch. A satellite TV, DVD player and CD radio are available in the living room.
In the upper floor are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one single bed, the other room with two single beds.
In the bathroom you can relax in a large corner bath.

There are numerous signposted cycling and hiking trails around Stadtkyll. In the surrounding area you can learn a lot about flora and fauna of the Eifel.
Stadtkyll is conveniently located on the B 51, about one car south-west of Cologne.

It was so tranquil and peaceful. Very quiet in a beautiful area.

Very good, spacious and well sorted. Enough glasses and plates to fill dishwasher during the day and not having to wash up directly after every meal. The village is very nice and the Rewe supermarket is just a 5 minute drive away. Although the house is in a residential area, there is enough privacy and a large garden with a swing. Good price/quality.

Het was een zeer schoon en ruim huis, met grote complete keuken en prettige badkamer waar je lekker kon douchen. Er bevinden zich daar veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen en wandelen. Je hoort wel veel vrachtverkeer aangezien het huis aan doorgaande weg ligt.

Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet, die Betten superbequem und wir waren froh über das schnelle Internet. Auf der Straße unterhalb des Hauses fahren auffällig viele LKWs. Uns hat's nicht gestört. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Fijne plek, mooi ruim huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Groot terras. Enige nadeel vonden wij dat je zittend in bad moest douchen. Maar daar wen je snel aan. Wij hadden onze hond bij ons en met een paar minuten lopen ben je op een plek waar je de hond uit kunt laten en lekker vrij kunt laten lopen. Veel bewegwijzerde fiets- en wandelpaden in de omgeving. Bij de vvv is een overzichtelijke kaart van de omgeving te koop waar deze routes op staan. Bakker op loopafstand en supermarkt op 5 minuten fietsen. Wij hebben er een fijne tijd gehad samen met onze hond.

Ferienhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir fanden alles vor was man halt so braucht. Wir haben es genutzt als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Nochmals Dank an die Familie Heck- wir wünschen ihr noch viele zufriedene Feriengäste. Einen Extragruß läßt Purzel übermitteln. LG Gerlinde u.Bernd

Wir haben zu fünft ein langes Wochenende hier verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war sauber und alles, was man benötigte, war ausreichend vorhanden (Handtücher, Küchenutensilien, Grill...). Besonders toll war der weitläufige Wohn- und Essbereich und die Eckbadewanne zum Ausspannen. Außerdem ist man schnell zu Fuß im (kleinen) Ortszentrum und auf Feldwegen und dem Radweg. Nur zu empfehlen!

Insgesamt war im Erdgeschoss mehr Platz als ich es den Bildern nach erwartet habe und es war alles vorhanden, was ein Selbstversorgungsurlaub braucht: Esstisch, Sofa, Sessel, großzügige Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle etc. und viel Stauraum für Vorräte. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind ein großer Raum. Oben wird der Platz für 5-6 Personen schon etwas knapp, aber die 5 vorhandenen Schlafplätze sind auf 2 schöne Zimmer aufgeteilt. Es wird zwar eng, aber es ist auch kein Problem noch ein weiteres Bett dazuzustellen (für 6 Pers.) Das großzügige, moderne Bad im Obergeschoss ist 4-Sterne reif! Bei Anreise war das ganze Haus wirklich in super sauberem Zustand. Die Heizungen funktionieren einwandfrei, allerdings sind in kalten Monaten unbedingt Hausschuhe zu empfehlen. Das Haus hat nach links und rechts zwar Nachbarhäuser, aber man fühlt sich ungestört und es liegt eine große freie Wiese dahinter. Die Vermieter waren uns gleich von Anfang an sehr sympathisch und die Anreise lief problemlos.
