8 acre rural oasis situated next door to The Cups Estate (direct access), Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba Hot Springs and Moonah Links Golf Resort. This stylish 4 bedroom home with large, in-ground, solar heated pool is also a convenient 5 mintue drive to the beautiful beaches and coastal towns of Rye, Rosebud, St Andrews Beach and much more. You will be surrounded by the true beauty of the Mornington Peninsula and sit in the heart of its many and varied attractions.

This property features a private gated entrance and picturesque driveway of manicured olive trees. The house offers all luxury comforts and is furnished with a modern and elegant design.
The U Shaped building provides views over the courtyard pool area from most parts of the house and sits high overlooking the picturesque country side.
The house includes:
Lounge Room- Views over courtyard and country side. Includes- 65inch LED TV, Netflix, DVD Player, Large Comfortable couch with chaise, Luxury Bean Bags, Wood Fire Place, AirCon
Kitchen: All the modern appliances to make a great meal. Full size Fridge/Freezer, Smeg Appliances, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, All cooking equipment and kitchen basics.
Dining Room: Perfect entertainers Dining Room. Stylish large teak dining room that seats 10. Smaller breakfast table that seats 4. Bose bluetooth portable music player, highchair
Bar: Make a cocktail or have a wine at the bar

1 x Master with ensuite, King Bed
2 x Rooms- Queen Bed
1 x Room King Single w Trundle
Bathrooms: There is a main bathroom with separate toilet & shower. Ensuite in the Master Bedroom (No Shower). There is also a Shower & Toilet leading out to the pool.
Separate Laundry: Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Cleaning Equipment
Pool: Huge in ground, solar heated pool situated in the central courtyard with sun lounge chairs, outdoor dining table for 10, umbrella, 6 Burner BBQ, inflatable pool toys. Safety Pool fence.
Car Spaces: There is plenty of room for car spots (not under cover)
Kids Cubby house, Sand Pit, Trampoline
Guest access
You will have access to the whole 8acre property and some parts of the neighbouring Cups Estate property, excluding the separate shed. You will have use of the whole house except for the walk in pantry robe in the Master Bedroom.
If pool or other maintenance is required we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for this to occur.

The Mornington Peninsula is known as Melbourne's Playground. It is situated an hours drive south of Melbourne and is home to the very best of beaches, wineries, restaurants, golf courses, natural springs spa's, art galleries, national parks, the list goes on. The area has it all and this property is conveniently located to provide quick access while still offering complete privacy and tranquility.

Fantastic property with so much to offer
Host Lee couldn’t do more to help during our stay. Loved we could walk and get a cheeky wine at the Cups Estate !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Devonlea Olive Grove. The house was lovely and very spacious. The highlight was certainly the pool, which we spent most of our time in. It was also just a short drive to either the Rye front beach or back beach. Would certainly recommend the property.

My family and girlfriends stayed at the Devonlea Olive Grove house for 2 nights and had the most wonderful time. The house is a beautiful huge space and the pool was lush! Lee was a great host and was available to contact throughout our stay! We barely left the house the entire weekend.. would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again myself! Thanks for a fantastic weekend away :)
