This property is a two minute walk through the dunes to the waters edge. It is surrounded with Ti tree and on a large private and secluded block also with a rear access.
Port Phillip bay, several golf clubs, horse trail and beach rides plus peninsula hot springs are all a ten minute drive away. The famous Red Hill and it’s restaurants, markets and farm gate strawberries are fifteen minutes away.
The Property is well set up for catering for many including outside Bbq and different areas to sit.
The property has four bedrooms 2 queens, 1 double one king single and a double couch in the lounge.
It has 2 bathrooms one separate toilet, 2 spa baths, dining sitting room family room, kitchen, laundry with washing machine and dryer, front and rear decks. There are numerous areas to sit or sun bathe on the deck.
Parking front and rear of the property.
The kitchen is gourmet with all needed utensils and crockery to make large dinners cakes etc, of course a dishwasher.
There is also a coffee pod machine stocked with complementary pods for your stay.

My husband and 3 children enjoyed our stay, we had everything we needed, and the house was clean and comfortable. The views all around were spectacular and the children loved watching the waves and the ships go past at night.

My husband and I stayed here over Christmas, and it was beautiful. In the morning, you can sit on the back porch in the sunshine or in shade, having breakfast and coffee. In the afternoon, you can sit on the front porch and watch the waves while chatting with friends. There are a few trails available to get to the beach, which is beautiful also. Watch out for rocks and lava, can be hidden during high tide.
