About this house rental
Welcome to this newly renovated townhome in Thorold. This house is centrally located so that you can enjoy all that the Niagara Region has to offer:
• 4 Minute Drive to Brock University
• 15 Minutes to Wineries and Niagara -On-The-Lake Old Town
• 15 Minutes to Niagara Falls, the most travel attractions
It offers 3BDR, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining and living spaces. You have the entire home with backyard and free parking.
It is perfect for a family with children or group of friends (6 people maximum).
Behind the storm door of the house, there is a door with a lockbox. Please enter the code to get the door key.
Inside the house, there is a downstairs leading to the lower level where you can wash and dry your clothing.
You have full access to all rooms on the main and upper floors as well as access to the washer and dryer on the lower level.
• The bus stop, grocery, and convenience store are a 2-minute walk from the house.
• 4-minute drive to the downtown of Thorold.
• 7-minute drive to Pen Centre - one of the largest shopping malls in the Niagara region.
• 10-minute drive to the Outlet Collections Niagara.

This house was perfect for what our family needed and exactly as listed.
The house was super clean, comfortable and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The location was excellent and central to all the places we need to get to during our stay.
