About this apartment rental
This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom upper apartment in St. Catharines, ON very close to downtown, offers a modern, duplex-style layout with high ceilings and brand-new furnishings. Located just minutes from downtown, it includes a cozy den/attic with a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Perfect for families or groups, the apartment combines style, comfort, and convenience in a prime location. Enjoy a bright, open space ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out.
There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively.
QUIET HOURS are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please keep your noise levels low during these times.
We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee, as outlined in our house rules below. We charge $69 per night per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. No cats, sorry.
We always provide basic amenities as a starter pack, including hand soap, toilet paper, towels, etc. However, for long-stay bookings, any further supplies will need to be purchased by the guest. Please note that our amenities are available to all our guests unless they are closed due to maintenance.
You will find a security camera outside the apartment door for security purposes. Please note the camera does not capture any footage inside the unit. If you`re bringing an additional guest or if any unauthorized person will be staying in the unit, there is a fee of $50 per night per additional guest.
Late checkouts are subject to availability, unauthorized late checkout will result in $60/hour.
Please share a picture of your ID/Passport for security purposes to receive the lock codes.
