About this house rental
The interior of the home, styled with your comfort and convenience in mind, boasts rich wood finishes and thoughtful decor and furnishings throughout. The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups.
Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare group meals during your stay. The patio has a large grill and table for outdoor dining. For a night out, downtown Moab has a large selection of wonderful dining options and is just a short 5 min drive from the house!
The kitchen opens to the dining room with ample seating and extra bar seating as well. Enjoy meals together! In cooler months, cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living room and share stories of the day's adventures. Stream all your favorite shows on the flat screen TV, complete with soundbar.
The master bedroom suite is tucked away on the first level and has an attached bath with a walk in shower. There is also patio access from the master bedroom and the hot tub is just steps away.
Upstairs you'll find 2 large comfortable bedrooms (one with an attached bathroom), 2nd story views, two additional bathrooms and a bonus loft with sleeper sofa and a designated work station.
Relax outside on the enclosed patio and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views. Relax to the sound of the bubbling pond feature and you'll feel like you're worlds away. You're likely to spot some of the local wildlife that frequent the open space behind the home! The home offers a two-car garage, driveway, and nearby curbside parking for extra vehicles and trailers (please note trailers/ATV's are not allowed in the driveway or garage). Store all your gear and bikes securely in the detached garage.
This thoughtfully appointed vacation rental features a convenient on-site EV charger, allowing you to recharge your vehicle while you relax and enjoy your stay. Please note, EV charging is available for guest use at an additional cost, billed per kilowatt.
The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

Everything about the property was great. Very clean and well maintained. We were not able to arrive until after dark, so it was a little challenging finding the property. What didn’t help is that maps app showed the property on the wrong side of the street. With that being said, the fact that it is so dark around the property at night, was a big plus in my book. Quiet dark nights are hard to beat!I would definitely stay at this property again!

The property is a very nice home with a great kitchen and living room. My sons liked their rooms as well. Whole coffee beans from a local coffee roaster were provided which was a wonderful surprise. Only issue we had was with the hot tub. The day we got there we pulled the cover back to discover the hot tub was in bad shape. The water was green tinted and smelly and the tub itself seemed as though it wasn't in the best shape (missing panels, low water level, etc) so it was disappointing that we couldn't use the tub during our stay. It would've been nice after long hiking days. In fairness, I didn't raise this concern with the property owners because I didn't feel like it was worth the trouble. The only other thing I would point out is that when I dropped my phone behind the bed I was shocked to see the amount of dust bunnies, dirt, etc that had collected in the hard to reach area. Common areas seemed very clean and tidy.
