One bed top floor boutique apartment with stunning views out over the sparkling Mediterranean. From the roof terrace even more so. Down over the lake. The beach. Along the rugged coastline to the east. And the hazy blue backdrop of the Sierra Almijara. Enjoy long lazy days. Lounging. Reading. Dozing. Evenings out on the terraces. Watch the sun go down. Not over hot in summer [when other parts of the Med exceed 38oC]. And warmer sunnier and drier in winter [when most of Europe is below freezing the warmest place is likely to be the Costa Del Sol. Jan temps mid 60'S]. Nerja however has an even better climate than the rest of the coast. It has its own micro climate as a result of the sheltered bay and the mountains directly behind. El Capistrano Playa itself is very sheltered. There is nearly always a cooling breeze in the summer months and the lower terraces at the apartment is lovely and sheltered for sunbathing even in January. There is a local saying that well describes the climate, 'the sun spends the winter in Nerja and the breeze spends the summer'.

We loved the property and location. The apartment was very clean and the host was easily reachable and accommodating. Our unit was on the top level so the views were amazing. It's quite the walk down to the beach through the property but once you've done it once or twice your legs get used to it. I was recovering from a back injury and I managed it. The apartment had 2 patios - one just outside the living room and one up the spiral stairs in the roof. Really, the only suggestion we had was to replace the large round table on the lower patio with a much smaller one. It took up way too much space and made it awkward when having two people sit comfortably in that space. That said, the top balcony had plenty of space. The other suggestion was to have a larger TV. All in all it was a great stay and we'll be back to Nerja again.

We loved our stay in Nerja and enjoyed this beautiful and clean apartment with a roof top patio and amazing view! We hope to come back again!

Super clean, modern and fresh, the apartment was just as described, with beach views, listening to the ocean at night, and easy, exclusive beach access right from the apartment complex. The host was readily available and helpful. Parking was readily available on-street right outside the apartment or in a parking garage steps away. We loved everything about our stay here, and I will book again for my next stay!

The property was extremely well kept and resourced. It had everything you would need for a pleasant holiday. Emma was easy to contact and helpful. The location was fine apart from all the steps, almost 200 down to the beach where most of the restaurants are located. The lack of public transport (buses) made the location a bit difficult. Could do with a smaller table and two chairs on the lower balcony.
