The apartment No. 58 in block 1 on the first floor, has been completely renovated to a very high standard.
It has two good size bedrooms, a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate well equipped kitchen
The apartment is on the first floor, only 7 steps from the elevator:
But if you do not want to use the elevator there are 16 steps to climb.
In the dining-living room there is a flat-screen TV with USB plug and a wide choice of international TV and radio channels.
As in all other apartments in Nutter there is free wifi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and all the cooking utensils you could want.
There is air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms.
From the living room there is a small terrace from where you can see part of the shopping area of Calle Huertos and in Calle Frigiliana. The sun is on the terrace from noon until sunset.
The pool is open from Easter till until about the end of October., And there is also a paddling for the little ones:
You can sunbathe all day and every day on the lawn around the pool.
The apartment is located in the middle of the Calle Huertos shopping street and between the apartments CASA CHARLOTTE l and CARABEO 2000 and enters between the Hotel PARADOR and the Hotel PRINCESS
BALCON DE EUROPA is a short walk from 500-600 m.
There is a bakery, a supermarket, a shoe store and at least a dozen restaurants in Calle Huertos or the neighboring streets of Calle Frigiliana and Calle San Pedro. Carabeillo and Carabeo beaches are only 150m away and the famous and lively Burriana Beach is no more than 250m-300m. Read more
