About this apartment rental
This condo is located in a complex right off Main Street to Ocotal, where you can be at the beach in 3 minutes by car.
The complex offers access to a pool and well-landscaped green areas.
Access to Coco and other beaches is easy via cabs, golf carts, bikes, or your own rental car.
The condo has a master bedroom with a huge king-size bed with a lush thick mattress. En suite bathroom and a closet. Second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed. A full kitchen and a dining area fills up the living area. Enjoy afternoons overlooking the pool from the balcony in front of the unit. Enjoy!
- Quiet time is after 10:00 PM.
- Make sure you rinse sand in the shower near the pool before entering and showering in the condo.
- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. As for rentals over 1 week there is $50 cap.
- Do not throw toilet paper into the toilet, please.
- You smoke and you lose your deposit. On top of that, there is a USD$250.00 fine to cover for the maintenance of eliminating the odor from the unit.
- No pets are allowed.
- No parties/events are allowed.
