You will be happy just hanging out on the porches watching the sun rise and set. The house is right by the golf course and hiking trails that take right into the gorge. The home has no window coverings, so in the bathroom and bedrooms there is no privacy from neighbors this should be prominently disclosedShower in master did not have hot water
