Surfside 102: Beach Access Across the Street W/ Courtyard Pool Area
Welcome to unit #102, newly updated in 2023! Including a new sleeper sofa and lounge chairs in the living area. Beautiful counter tops, back splash, and faucet in the kitchen area. Bathroom now has a new cabinet and a lovely back splash! The Surfside complex is directly across the street from the beach and Gulf of Mexico. After a long day of fun in the sun you will love coming back to the beautiful courtyard with grills, picnic tables, covered sitting areas and a sparkling pool. The pool is heated as well so it can be enjoyed any time of year! The Surfside complex is made up of 2-bedroom condos surrounding the courtyard, making it the ideal choice for large groups looking to stay close to one another.

Master bedroom: King size bed
Second bedroom: Two queen size beds
Living area: Queen size sleeper sofa
One full bathroom: Tub/shower combo

Absolutely beautiful place. So close to the beach.
The only negative was the staircase. It was like an optical illusion. Coming down them after taking my suitcase, I thought I was stepping on the bottom floor, but actually missed 2 stairs and fell hard on my back day 1. Didn’t want to ruin everyone else’s time, so went to ER once we were back and had deep rib contusions. Took 2 1/2 weeks to recover.

Check-in was easy, and the condo was nicely furnished. We appreciated how clean everything was upon our arrival. Location is perfect, right across the street from the beach.
