The property is definitely dated, location to the beach is perfect, the king bed is hard as a table, so if you have back issues, be prepared to be miserable for the week, 1 tiny rug at door to collect sand, soooo much sand, a longer runner would have been ideal, the plug ins were all so loose the actual cord plugs fell right out of the wall, firehazard for sure, saying golf cart access makes you think its included, maybe needs to be worded better, golf carts are available all over the island to rent for 150-200 a day, but you can not drive them on any road with speedlimit over 35mph, and they have certain sections you cant go past. The pool was nice, somedays it didnt seem like the filter was working. But the water was warm, lots of outdoor communal seating. I should have read the description better we were on the 2nd floor, no elevator and had my elderly mother who doesnt do stairs due to medical conditions. We checked for broom to sweep up the condo but the broom and vacuum looked dirtier then the floor. Most airbnb we stay in have a nice printed list of rules, requirements for checkout, and recommendations for nearby food/entertainment...there was none, the contract was lengthy, so maybe i missed it
