We were very satisfied with our stay and look forward coming back next year to Chalet Bellavista.

The apartment was well-furnished and modern. It had a very good location, with a short distance to shopping facilities and the ski area, and it was nice that there was access to both a garage, an elevator, and a reception, which is usually not standard when booking an apartment for a ski holiday.

Excellent chalet

The chalet is located in an excellent position very close to ski lifts, bus stops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The chalet is very clean and very peaceful and quiet. The apartment was spacious, warm and very comfertable with good facilities. The people are very helpful and very pleasant, always happy to help. Excellent place to stay.

Excellent location for ski

Excellent location and access to the ski slopes. A lot of supermarkets or restaurants around. The personnel are very friendly and available. The place is clean and modern. A very good address in Livigno ! If we have the occasion to go again in Livigno, we'll book there for sure.

The room was a little bit to warm for me during the night and I couldn't sleep well.

My stay at Hotel Bella Vista was a complete nightmare. I travelled from Spain with the joy of surprising my children, who were staying at the hotel. After a long journey, I entered one of the apartments to take a shower and rest for a moment before seeing them. Completely unexpectedly, the manager opened the door with his key, without knocking or warning, and found me wrapped in only a towel, just out of the shower. I felt completely exposed and violated. Instead of apologizing, he started shouting aggressively, telling me I had to leave immediately and threatening to call the police, as if I were a criminal. It was humiliating, cruel and totally disproportionate. I immediately called my sister-in-law for help, and even when she arrived, he continued yelling at us in front of her. Despite being shaken and humiliated, I booked a room via Booking just to stay close to my children. The rest of the stay was just as uncomfortable: he ignored us completely, wouldn’t greet us or help even when he saw I needed something. He acted like we didn’t exist. It was a disgraceful, unprofessional, and heartless attitude. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I have already filed an official complaint.

Ski slope in the back yard!

Cleanliness of the apartment, space, vicinity of the ski slope, well equiped and spacious kitchen, vizy place.

All the beds in two bedrooms were single beds. We were with small kids and as kids like to cuddle with parents single beds were making this impossible as no one could sleep in the middle. I would prefer at least one room with king size bed in one piece. Apart from this all was great!

Quite enjoyable, we liked the restaurant across the street which was affiliated.

Really liked the design of the room, very functional and well-made. Plenty of lights, Plenty of space. Wood (or similar-looking) finishings were well-crafted. For only one night's stay it was fine, maybe a bit pricey.

A box breakfast would have been nice as we left before local restaurants were open.

All correct but unfortunate

Sadly unable to comment on facilites/comfort etc. We were both unable to continue journey due to illness. We informed property (delivery receipt) of our problem over 24 hours in advance of arrival and politely requested a small refund (30% of total approx 160EU paid in advance of 1 night stay, or at the least the taxes applicable to stay). No response. The day after our proposed stay we received notification from booking.com regarding our " no show" (!!) status. Now...to me a no show indicates the guest has not had the courtesy to keep host up to date. This was clearly not the case here. Is this a booking.com issue as host suggested some days later? Who knows. Of course the hosts are completely within their rights (T+C´s of hosts) to retain 100%. But better communication is most certainly needed and a small refund would have been a very welcome gesture.

this apartment fulfilled all expectations, excellent!

fantastic location just app 100m from the Dos 18 lift (very children friendly hill) allowing easy access to all slopes on that side of the mountain, apartment 8 perfectly equipped to our needs for family of 5, enough storage space for clothes, very clean and looked like it was newly furnished, great ski depot in the garage

no entrance hallway in the apartment for hanging jackets and storing shoes, position between 2 ski bus stops not ideal but still only few minutes walk
