    Overall, I had a good experience with the hotel, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. One issue I encountered was with the Agoda booking. I had selected travel for 1 person, but Agoda displayed a room priced for 2 people, which made the actual price around $30 more per night than the initial amount shown. I was able to book a standard room for my final night through ***, and the hotel staff were kind enough to let me remain in the same room. This was very helpful and generous of them. There were also a few maintenance and cleanliness issues. The flooring near the wall in my room had some damage and needed vacuuming (see photos), but it was never cleaned properly. The cap of the water bottle provided in the room was dirty (see photos); I cleaned it, but it was dirty again a few days later. The iron provided also had its non-stick coating completely damaged and should be replaced. On the positive side, the breakfast was very good, although it would be nice to have more non-vegetarian options rather than only chicken sausages. The location was convenient, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The towels were very clean, hot water was consistently available, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, the stay was good, and the helpfulness of the staff was a definite highlight. Addressing the room maintenance and cleanliness issues would make the experience even better.
