About this house rental
Casa Conchiglia (Shell House) is a private three bedroom, three and a half bath Oceanfront home situated on the south shore. Each of the three bedrooms (2 ocean view ) include en-suite bathrooms and flat screen tv's.
The villa is located close to Leeward Marina and only a 5 minute drive to Grace Bay Beach and Grace Bay Road where guests will find dining, groceries and entertainment.
Open the huge glass doors and allow the constant tradewinds to keep you cool. A true indoor/outdoor tropical expierience.
You may choose one of several areas to dine-in; casually around the huge granite island, the formal dining table or 'alfresco' in the covered screened porch.
The high end gourmet kitchen is well equipped with appliances. An Induction/Convection range allows the chef in your group to flourish without feeling stuck in the kitchen.
The living room has an entertainment center which hosts a 65' 3D Flatscreen TV, 3D bluray, Bose stereo with I Pod/Phone dock.
Wireless Internet
A 12'X24' plunge pool with relaxing lounge chairs is a heavenly way to spend your day in the sun.
Need a change of scenery or less wind? Take the stairs to the lower patio where you can truly escape. Only the sound of the rhythmic waves invades your privacy. Natural steps make it easy to get in and out of the ocean. High tide, you can jump off the rocks (55'deep), low tide (18'deep) just step in (water shoes help).
The patio is built on the iron shore, great for those people that hate sand in their toes!
There is a small snorkeling spot approximately 400 yards down the shoreline.
Casa Conchiglia is the culmination of many years visiting Provo. All that we loved has been included, ceiling fans in all rooms (including bathrooms), the colors and the furnishings. Even the paintings by local artists are based on original photo's from years of diving the turqoise waters of The Turks and Caicos Islands.

My wife and I had an amazing time at Casa Conchiglia. The view is simply one of the best (we have vacationed at many Caribbean islands) We were on our honeymoon but this house would be optimal for multiple couples or families considering the large family room space/kitchen and bedrooms each with their own modern showers....simply awesome. I would highly recommend! And make sure you jet ski...a company will bring them to you, and it is a great to play in the ocean in front of the home!

This property is absolutely amazing. The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice! You can’t beat this view. The house was so clean and overall we were pleased. Property is really close to the grocery store and restaurants. Although, not within walking distance. Again, the house and view truly amazing!
