UTILITIES
The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Great property with good response from host/mgmt. Quick walk to the beach. The only reason we gave it 4 stars for listing was that it had twins listed (or pictured - I forget) for one room, and the bed was a queen instead. It worked out fine for brothers to bunk together, but it would have been awkward for adult males who were not relatives. We loved the kitchen amenities (Ninja blender and Nespresso machine), and the hosts were responsive to our needs with quick response times. The pantry even had a rolling cooler for the beach which was a game changer for us for the beach. Long bay beach is windy and because of this there is a bit of jet ski/kite sailing traffic in the area on the beach (which actually made for great views of the kites even from the house). We were still able to swim, but the jet skis were a little too close for comfort. This is NOT the fault of the property managers, but something to be aware of (because this side of the island is so shallow, swimmers can walk/swim for hundreds of yards (maybe even a mile). If you're an avid swimmer, bring a swimmer buoy so the water traffic can see you. We had chairs set up every day, and enjoyed our own slice of beach with nominal foot traffic. We enjoy walking and running, and the road leading to the property was great for that. Nice breeze, great properties to look at and light, friendly traffic. Multiple patios and patio accesses gave all 8 of us space to relax, gather, or spread out for some quiet time.

We loved our stay at Alize Villa! Long Bay Beach is stunning and just a short walk away and it was amazing to have beach chairs setup daily for our group by the host. The house fit our group well with quiet and private bedrooms and lots of common space indoors and outdoors. Lots nearby from the marina and Grace Bay. I would definitely return to Turks and stay with this host. Thanks!

The property was perfect for 4 Couples. It was just a short walk to which seemed like a private beach for our group and to a few accommodating resorts. It was also an easy drive to numerous dining places, the golf course, and other water sport adventure establishments. The home was clean and spacious. The bedrooms downstairs gave our group couples private space while the spacious kitchen and living area upstairs allowed for a little together time to reminisce. The check in and check out process was simple with easy to understand documentation. Finally, the communication process while we were on the property was excellent and TKCA was very responsive to our questions and needs. This property is a definite recommendation for a Couples Island Getaway
