About this villa rental
A beautiful and well-proportioned 4 bedroom villa located in the wonderful Old Village of Vilamoura just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Village complex with bars, restaurants, supermarket, playground, bakery and swimming pools and a further 15 minutes’ walk to the Vilamoura Marina and Marina Beach.
The Villa comprises of an open-planned Lounge/Diner. The Dining area which seats 8 is ideally placed in front of the double-glazed French doors which opens up onto the front lawn. The lounge has a leather corner sofa and has a built-in air conditioning/heating unit. From the lounge an inner hallway opens onto the 4th bedroom, guest shower room with WC and kitchen, The ground floor bedroom comprises of two single beds which can be linked as a double if required and has French doors which open directly onto the outside terrace. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric oven and hob, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave & iron/ironing board. The 1st floor has a family shower room with WC and 3 bedrooms with built in fitted wardrobes (two with double beds and the third with twin single beds), the master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have access onto first floor balconies, the third bedroom has its own terrace with seating area and sun lounger which overlooks the pool.
Both downstairs lounge/diner and the three upstairs bedrooms now have air conditioning.
The villa also comes with free WiFi and free use of a travel cot and high chair.
Ample and well maintained garden areas surround the villa with a swimming pool (which can be heated upon request at additional cost) and large terrace area in the rear garden, with washing facilities. All garden furniture has been recently renewed and now consists of 8 rattan loungers and circular rattan table and chairs which seats 8 under a shade sail.
Heating is installed (required during winter months) together with security shutters and double glazing.
The villa is in a prime position and is quietly situated.
The Villa is detached with well-maintained gardens and pool which are secluded and not overlooked and is within two minutes’ walk to “The Old Village” complex which has beautiful landscape gardens, three pools, variety of restaurants ranging from Cafe’s to A la Carte, bars, playground, bakery and supermarket.
When booking during peak periods please ensure your dates run consecutively with any existing bookings in the same period, otherwise you may be asked to move or cancel your booking.

The Villa is perfectly proportioned, rooms are a good size, bathrooms and kitchen modern and lunge/main bedrooms have AC. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The BBQ area is well positioned adjacent to the kitchen and pool and the pool itself is clean and warm. Nice garden and furniture to sit on around the pool and privacy all around the Villa. Great location near the old village - 5 mins walk away, or quick 7 mins drive into Vilamoura centre. The Villa had everything we needed and has good security via the gate and shutters. The Landlady and Agency responded quickly to any requests/questions and we were delighted with all aspects of the stay. The lounge has wifi and a good size TV for Netflix etc. A great family Villa and I will return next year for sure.

Great location, really nice road. The Villa was really nice inside and very well laid out. It was immaculately clean and good rom sizes. We wete very pleased, but our only criticism was that the Patio, bbq area needs an uplift and general tidy-up.

We stayed in this lovely villa with our now grown up family, having previously stayed in the villa next door several years ago. This villa has been very well modernised and has everything you could want for a holiday in the sun including sufficient comfortable outdoor furniture and well maintained swimming pool. A short 2 minute walk away is the lovely area of the Old Village which has a couple of lovely eateries and bars and a well stocked supermarket. Just perfect for our needs.

We had a fantastic time – the villa was perfect for us (family of six) and the Old Village/surrounding area is lovely - with lots going on for families etc - nearby Pinhal golf course highly recommended too.
The garden area at the villa is a good size, very well maintained and the pool is lovely and warm.
We had a few evenings of sitting outside, around the barbeque area, which is lovely and peaceful. We also had a couple of meals out in the Old Village – we found Artisan was very good – and ventured down to the Marina a few times and had some great meals there – Akvavit a particular favourite.
The owners could not do enough for us. Fabulous.
Overall, would recommend this villa in a heartbeat.
