About this villa rental
Luxury villa with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, close to the "Old Village."
Near bars and restaurants, and a short distance from the marina.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious, air-conditioned living room, as well as a dining room for 8 people. Access to the covered terrace with outdoor furniture, garden, and pool.
Fully equipped kitchen with access to the patio, dining table for 10 people, and barbecue.
There is also 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning.

On the first floor of the house, there are the other 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 2: double bed en suite, balcony with a small garden, air conditioning.
Bedroom 3: double bed en suite, balcony with pool view, air conditioning.
Bedroom 4: two single beds en suite, balcony with pool view, air conditioning.
The lower level includes a TV room with a sofa, Playstation, ping pong table, games table, and minibar. The 5th and 6th bedrooms are also on the lower level.
Bedroom 5: two single beds en suite.
WC with shower.
Outside, there is a large saltwater pool (13m x 4m) with a depth of 140 cm and access via Roman steps, a water quality monitor, an outdoor shower, a deck, 8 loungers, and a large parasol. Outdoor jacuzzi included.
Covered patio with a sofa set, dining table for 10 people, and a charcoal barbecue.
HEATED POOL available for an additional cost of 360 euros per week.
Central alarm system inside, electric shutters, and solar panels.
Distances: Marina (800m); Beach (1km); Supermarket (0.5km); Airport (25km); Train station (7km).

Lovely villa, we had a great family holiday with age range 2- 64 years. We were most grateful to leave our cases at the villa for several hours prior to the check in time and to leave the Villa 2 hours later than scheduled.We feel that a welcome pack could have been included given the price charged.50% of the pillows need replacing (lumpy)The games room needs revamped/updated...bigger TV, more than one game for the playstation, One of the showers doesn't work properly the shower head leaks and needs attention.

Firstly it is a fabulous villa, great for the 8 of us with lots of facilities and was immaculate upon arrival. However, the air conditioning did not work from the start in one of the rooms with a double bed. We were provided with a fan for the first night and mobile air con unit from the 2nd night, but these were both too loud to use at night and we ended up having to swap rooms.
Not ideal.
In addition, the 2 rooms on the bottom floor were not air conditioned and this made it uncomfortable to sleep in. And in all the time of our stay, the air conditioning was not fixed so will therefore potentially remain broken for the next guests.
I am aware that things happen, but I did have to follow up with the managing agents to find out when it would be fixed (they weren't sure) and for the amount that we paid for an air conditioned villa, I would not expect to have 3 of the rooms without air conditioning at all.
Also to note: At the rear of the villa there is now a building site, rather than the view that is shown on the VRBO Listing. Noisy and dusty.
I have contacted the management agents several times since our return regarding these issues and have had no reply which is disappointing.

We found the villa to be delightful . Plenty of space for 8 adults. It is well equiped with crockery and cooking facilities. The outside area around the
Pool is ideal for lazy days and the location is ideal for walking to the marina.
