Our Villa Fengaraki is a fabulous villa, ideal for larger families and extended family holidays. The size and layout of the villa is also prefect for wedding parties and events. It is located in the natural Livadi plane only a short stroll from the unspoilt Livadi bay, located in an ideal position for touring the whole of Kefalonia island. We are less than 10 minutes drive from the bustling traditional town of Lixouri, where you will find a large selection of restaurants and shops. Down at the harbour every morning, for those fish lovers you can purchase fresh catches from the local fishermen, great for an evening BBQ. When your feeling lazy the local taverna Paliki is only a couple of minutes stroll away from the villa. The grounds of the property are walled with private parking and the whole villa is equiped with broadband Wifi and internet T.V. The covered veranda offers shade during the hot summer days and the large patio area is ideal for outdoor cooking on the brick built barbecue. The upper patio is great for those who adore basking in the sun, as this is a sun trap almost all day. The pool is kept crystal clear and has a tiled step for easy access. There is also a power jet seating area where you can relax and take in the amazing sea views. The whole property overlooks the Paliki bay and on towards some of the highest mountains on Kefalonia. It's a great family villa. The bay of Livadi is a natural plane which attracts many varieties of birds and wildlife (great for birdwatchers and naturalists). The location of Villa Fengaraki is ideal for visiting many of the areas of Kefalonia island such as Fiscardo, Assos, Agia Efimia and Sami with the caves and lake. The Paliki peninsular is a very traditional area of Kefalonia and is ideal for those looking to capture the old Greek style. You may even be able to still catch a glimpse of the old gentleman riding his donkey into town. In the area there is the fabulous beach of Petani with it's small coves ideal for snorkling, as is the Atheras bay just up the road. Xi beach is perfect for small children with particularly shallow waters. For those easy days try out the four slide water park at Kounopetra to keep the family entertained. There are so many places to visit on this part of the island that you may not even get chance to explore further afield.
