Beautiful house, smelled musty, dog hair on all the furniture and rugs. Getting from parking to the house with your bags is very difficult the average middle aged person or handicapped person. The path to the beach is hazardous for older people too. It wasn't mentioned on the description. We loved the views and accomo

Truly the best cabin we’ve ever stayed in. It’s so good that we’re already planning on coming back to two harbors just to stay here in the fall with family from Sydney, Australia. What sets this cabin apart is that it makes you feel like you’re far away in a rustic retreat, but with all the benefits of technology: it was a luxury experience getting to stay up by a warm cozy fire while alexa played acoustic tunes. It’s the perfect getaway right on the shores of Lake Superior and a stones throw from Duluth, Lutsen and more. If you’re looking for unbeatable and private views of Superior, this is it. The cabin itself was so well kept, clean and beautifully decorated. We made full use of the sauna, which gave us a relaxing escape from the snow (we stayed here on the coldest day of the year with -40F wind chills). The cabin was also fully stocked with amenities, including an impressive collection of kitchenware, pantry staples, towels and blankets! A bonus point was that the WiFi was super fast and we loved the large flat screen TV and bumper pool table, which made it perfect for family games nights and movie nights. The hosts were fantastic and made checking in and out super smooth. There’s also tonnes of wildlife nearby and we saw two deer by the lake one morning. I recommend booking this cabin for large family getaways any time of the year.
