Spent a weekend in late March for 4 adults and one dog. View of Lake Superior was amazing. Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking essentials needed. Beds were comfy. Lower level was perfect for watching basketball and playing games. Steep walk down to the beach, a little challenging because there was still plenty of snow on the ground. Saw a couple deer in the yard, which was exciting. Only 5 miles to Gooseberry Falls and a little farther to Betty's Pie's and Castle Danger. Wish we had booked a few more nights. And we are already planning another trip back.

We loved this property! It had access to a semi-private beach area, had ample space to hang out inside and was a great place to access multiple state parks.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was well stocked with everything we needed & the master bed was comfortable. The other beds were ok. We had the beach to ourselves & is lovely. We loved having the doors open to hear the waves in the evening. The only downside is the outside of the property is very poorly maintained & not very useable. The seating on the upper deck is old, snags your clothes, & dirty. The driveway is very overgrown and scratches your vehicle when you pull in & the back property is very overgrown with thistles & weeds. The entire home could use a deep clean on the inside. The outside is in desperate need of a power washer, trimming, and furniture needs to be updated for the price it is listed.
