Beautiful 1st floor bayside condo with a stunning view of Assawoman Bay. Covered deck backs to a wetland. Sunsets are spectacular after a day at the beach, which is only a short walk across a signalized intersection. Renovated condo with granite countertops, new shower, and LVP flooring throughout. The bedroom is complete with a queen bed. Kitchen is open to living room with large breakfast bar seating 4. Living room is complete with queen sleeper sofa with Smart TV for streaming. Condo is ideal for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Located on 56th street and is within walking distance to Macky's Bayside, Johnny's Pizza, Alley Oops, Dumser's, Fager's Island, 65th Street Deli and Market, and Seacrets. Includes 2 parking spaces. Condo is perfect for our needs. Beautiful bayside/salt marsh views. Quiet and not crowded for our stay in October. Within walking distance of beach access and restaurants.

Condo as described, excellent! Communication with Jennifer fantastic. We had a great time! Just 2 small things for feedback: toaster needs replacing and no can opener that we found. Easy walk to beach, would stay there again! Added bonus: Dunkin donuts and Pizza restaurant right next to us! Thank you, Jennifer!

I wanted to share my feedback on the condo. It was a nice place, conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the beach.Before my arrival, I received an email noting that sheets and towels were not included. The email also provided a helpful link to rent these items, which was great.
