Beautiful 1st floor bayside condo with a stunning view of Assawoman Bay. Covered deck backs to a wetland. Sunsets are spectacular after a day at the beach, which is only a short walk across a signalized intersection. Renovated condo with granite countertops, new shower, and LVP flooring throughout. The bedroom is complete with a queen bed. Kitchen is open to living room with large breakfast bar seating 4. Living room is complete with queen sleeper sofa with Smart TV for streaming. Condo is ideal for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Located on 56th street and is within walking distance to Macky's Bayside, Johnny's Pizza, Alley Oops, Dumser's, Fager's Island, 65th Street Deli and Market, and Seacrets. Includes 2 parking spaces. We stayed at the condo in Ocean City for a quick mother/daughters July 4th weekend trip. The condo is clean, really comfy, nicely decorated and very well-equipped. The location is accessible to everything we needed. The beach access was a very short walk away. The view and the sunsets from the balcony are just amazing. Check-in was super easy and Jennifer was an awesome host; easy to reach and quick communication.

I personally feel the pictures of the property does not do it any justice looks more beautiful in person that in the Vrbo app, host may need to consider getting new picture the place is beautiful and location it terrific I plan to stay again for long my little 48 hour stay was not long enough, but enjoyed very much.

the pull out couch was rough sleeping on, Should be updated. Be careful with shower head its loose. Lock on front door was a little tricky.
