Newly renovated cottage located 4 miles from Jay Peak resort, and is about a mile from the grocery store and gas station. The cottage is perfect for 8 people or less.

Home was as expected with a great location. Was clean and provided us what we were looking for our two night ski trip for 5. We did note that the large (very nice) back deck was not usable at all - it had not been shoveled and had 3 feet of snow on it! Also had to do a bit of shoveling the front walkway. We didn't mind but others might find that an issue. Overall a good choice for what we were looking for.

The place was located near the Jay Peak Resort… about a 10 minute drive. Property was comfortable for two families of 4. Property owner was responsive and property was clean. Unfortunately our skiing was ruined by rain and then severe cold, but we made the best of it.

We were looking for a place to stay while 4 wheeling in Vermont. This place fit the bill.

The place is cute but the cleanliness was lacking. I emailed the host with photos of trash outside the front door and never heard back. Dishes and silverware were dirty. Photos of the inside were deceiving, rooms are smaller then they appeared. If this place was cleaner and there was better communication then I would return.
