About this apartment rental
This renovated property is in the heart of Houston. Our space has 3 dedicated bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms upstairs. All 3 rooms have smart tvs for your stay-in entertainment. Downstairs, along with a 1/2 bathroom, there is a comfy sofa that can be slept on or converted to a sofa bed. We have 2 (smoking allowed) attached patios with seating for up to 4 guest.
The condo is a short walk or cheap Uber ride to see your favorite Houston sports teams (Astros, Rockets, Dynamo), conventions (George R Brown), historic city citings, and more! For easy and safe entry, there is ample free street parking directly in front and on the side of the property. We've created a space for you to relax in the bed/on the sofa, people watch on 1 of 2 patios, and a dedciated room for the kids to play to make you feel just like you're at home! Our open floorplan makes it easy to entertain while cooking in our fully stocked kitchen. With fast Wi-Fi our space is ideal for working from home/remote guest. Allow us to host you on your viist to such a great city!

This property is located near access to the highway and all the main streets. Out walk to the Convention center was about 15-20 minutes depending on your stride. The unhoused are everywhere near midtown/downtown, and we are sadly accustomed to it. Just be vigilant and show some compassion. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of parking for both our vehicles in the street directly in front of our rental. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful. The WIFI had a good signal and the connection was good throughout. If you are not accustomed to the hustle and bustle of the big city, ear plugs might help. It can be quiet at times and not at other times. We will definitely be back.

Kyanna was a nice host and communicated well, but the property had some issues. One of the showers would get clogged when in use; Kyanna offered to have maintenance look at it, but we were not there for most of the day. (It was not her fault.) There was no hot water, running water from the fridge to drink, or toilet paper in one of the restrooms, so we had to buy water bottles and toilet paper from the store. The property is very lovely; access to the gas station, highways, and the Toyota Center is great! There were no disturbances in the area, and we were not bothered by neighbors.
