Lake water levels can fluctuate throughout the course of the year, with the water typically reaching its highest level in the spring (March/April), and its lowest in the fall (October/November). The acreage of the water surface can fluctuate from over 3,000 acres to almost 10,000 acres at its fullest.

This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover. The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now. As your reservation date approaches, should you find the temps heading below 50 degrees you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended.
This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this location. Very pleasant neighbourhood and great for walking trails etc, close to amenities. Pool was lovely, but a few of the features were not working like the water features, and the back of the property though it’s fenced to the open field behind it had dead birds and lots or trash built up that was in view, also the beautiful tree that’s beside the pool is more of a nuisance then the beauty of it as it filled the patio and pool with tons of debris. If not swept up, more would blow into the pool and making a mess of the pool. In the evening we had several mice running around because of the back open space and felt they were living in behind all the junk that was pulled up behind the pool pump privacy wall. That was quite messy as well and not looked after at all. Pool net was all torn so I fixed it to the best ability to be able to use it to scoop up all the garbage in the pool that kept blowing into it. Aside from all of the few messy outdoor areas if they would be addressed we would defiantly rent this property again. Also in the world we live in here is a tip for the host as well, most people like to make one cup of coffee at a time… single cup Kuereg coffee maker would be ideal as apposed to a potted coffe maker. Thanks again for hosting a great home away from home to stay. Ray Adrian.

The house was up to date and very clean. Neighbor was quiet and we felt quite safe as well. The pool was very nice. Would definitely book again!
