Elevated three bedroom home with ocean views to Palm Beach Sydney, and situated just five minutes walk to Putty and Killcare Beach.
Sit back and relax on the large entertaining deck which leads from the living / dining / kitchen area. Reverse cycle air-conditioning on lower level. Modern kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine and cosy lounge with TV

Picturesque and peaceful, Killcare and Hardys Bay offer an idyllic coastal lifestyle. Residents have beaches and bushland at their disposal and they take maximum advantage of both. Putty Beach is a firm favourite, and the Bouddi Coastal Walk, which stretches all the way to Macmasters Beach, is a local go-to. Bouddi National Park is a natural delight, with walking trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are a world away from the daily grind.
Killcare Village caters to basic shopping and service needs and features an art gallery, general store, hair salon, and boutique shops. It is a factor in the low-key, community feel the suburb is known for, and bigger shopping malls are just a short drive away. When it comes to dining, Killcare and Hardys Bay is a hidden hotspot. There are fine dining restaurants like The Wild Flower Bar and Dining (located inside Bells at Killcare), as well as relaxed beachside eateries such as The Fat Goose, and Hardys Bay Bistro.

This property was clean and had gorgeous views with many great amenities included - however, we found it very unusual that simple things like linens weren't included. We found out after getting to the property that WiFi wasn't included either, but after contacting the property manager they provided a WiFi router for us which was great. Overall we had a great stay and loved the area!

This was a lovely property to rent . Fabulous views . It had everything we needed . Not too far from Killcare . Just be aware lots of steps into property . Would definitely rent again

The property was went equipped, however did not come with towels or linen provided.
