Close to beautiful Bouddi National Park, this stylish, newly renovated 3-bedroom coast house surrounded by unspoiled bush, has breathtaking 180 ocean views over Killcare Beach all the way to Palm Beach and Sydney Heads. With the call of birds and ocean waves lapping the beach the only sounds you`ll hear, it`s a perfect place to relax and explore this beautiful part of the Central Coast.
Multiple decks offer sun, shade, shelter, and sea breezes. With the comfort of reverse cycle cooling/heating, and a cosy low emissions wood combustion fire, this retreat is the perfect escape all year round. A mere 5-minute walk down a bush track will take you to the surf of Killcare Beach or the quieter swimming bay at Putty Beach, and it`s a 10-minute walk to Hardys Bay village. With a superbly equipped kitchen and a double-sized BBQ, it`s also a great option to stay in and cook local produce.

We stayed here for 2 nights, being 2 couples plus 2 dogs. And we all loved it! Easy walk down to Killcare beach (dog friendly for a large section of it) although a bit harder coming back. Easy drive to lots of lovely places too. The Inclinator came in very handy, as the stairs are steep and plentiful, but a great workout!The house is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Modern bathroom, kitchen and nice linens too. We loved having meals on the deck, overlooking the ocean, and the living room and bedrooms all have spectacular views, too.We hope to come back again soon, an excellent holiday house for people and dogs alike!

Absolutely loved this place - the house is amazing, like staying in a treehouse surrounded by beautiful bushland and looking out over the beach. The house is pet friendly and has hard flooring throughout. There is no fenced yard as the house is built right up against the rock face but there is a small section of bushland where dogs can go to the toilet. We stayed with 3 dogs (2 medium/ large and one small) and didn't have any issues. The decks are all secure as well. And there's a dog friendly beach 5 minutes walk from the house. Would definitely stay again, this is a really unique house in a stunning location.
