This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking. Most importantly, the private oceanfront patio for this unit may be completely inaccessible or blocked during portions of your stay.

Unit 116 is a pristine first-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo where the Atlantic is just steps from your private, spacious double patio. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet, etc.) as needed.
